Job summary
ICE, the UK's largest independent provider of cleaning equipment, is seeking a Field Service Engineer. The role covers diagnosing, servicing and repairing a range of industrial cleaning equipment across the UK, with a focus on timely repairs and adherence to service level agreements.
You will attend site visits, complete planned maintenance, and log data into the central system. The successful candidate will have mechanical and electrical proficiency, a Full UK driving licence, and experience
Qualifications
- Relevant certifications or training in industrial equipment repair and maintenance is advantageous.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence essential.
- Proficiency in diagnosing, servicing and repairing industrial cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality support to customers through courteous and knowledgeable communication.
- Attend and complete scheduled maintenance services as instructed.
- Attend and complete all scheduled PA Test calls on time.
- Update all jobs in real time on SERVICESMARTPro (SSP).
- Order parts via the system to complete breakdown calls.
- Maintain vehicle and promote high standards of service and repair.
