Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the UK is seeking a proactive Field Application Engineer to support regional accounts, grow design wins and build lasting customer relationships.

You will work with Account Managers and BU specialists to solve challenging application‑level problems and drive revenue growth through ADI content on new designs. This role offers high visibility across the sales team, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and opportunities to present solutions at seminars and industry

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in board/system electronic design or as Field Application Engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of the semiconductor industry, ideally analog & digital applications.
• Experience in delivering customer presentations and technical training.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with target customers to understand new product developments.
• Plan and ensure ADI product design-in and increase market share.
• Develop ADI business at regional customers and implement effective sales strategy.
• Identify and manage new business opportunities and convert them into design wins.
• Understand customer objectives and anticipate challenges; translate needs back to internal teams.
• Position ADI solutions to generate upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Attend trade shows and industry events; report in line with internal procedures.
