Job summary

You will engage at system architecture level, helping design and deploy RF, microwave, and navigation subsystems for drones, radar, and electronic warfare, spanning semiconductor, module, and subsystem integration. You will lead architecture & reference design, guide customers from concept to production, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7+ years in Applications/Field Systems or Systems Engineering.
• Broad semiconductor knowledge: analog, data converters, power, RF/microwave.
• Experience in radar, electronic warfare, military communications, or software-defined radio.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted technical advisor to defense startups and primes.
• Engage across architectures: RF signal chains, radar, EW, and navigation subsystems.
• Lead architecture and reference designs; drive customer prototypes toward production.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align roadmaps with customer programs.
