Job summary

STADA UK Thornton & Ross is seeking a Digital Growth Lead to accelerate the digital maturity of the Consumer Health business, driving measurable impact through digital excellence, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. You will build the digital organisation from the ground up, establishing the team, capabilities, processes, and performance culture.

You will shape and deliver the digital ambition for the UK market, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure digital activation supports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital, marketing, or commercial roles.
• Proven experience leading digital teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of building digital organisations, capabilities, or functions from the ground up.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with omnichannel frameworks, martech and analytics tools.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy for the Consumer Healthcare portfolio across owned, paid, and earned channels.
• Lead analytics framework and standardised reporting across web, CRM, social and digital media.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across brand websites, social media, blogs, email/CRM and other platforms.
• Lead digital capability building across the organisation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable growth.
