Job summary

Sungrow UK is hiring a Customer Success Manager (Distribution) to be the main contact for our UK distributor network, driving partner satisfaction and growth across PV, inverter and storage solutions.

You will work closely with Sales, Service and Logistics, delivering trainings, resolving issues, and providing clear performance insights to help SunGrow’s UK footprint expand in a fast-paced greentech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management or technical sales.
• Understanding of distribution and channel models in the UK market.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Confident presenting and training online and in person.
• Good organisation with CRM tools and reporting.
• English level at C1 or higher; other European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the UK to visit partners.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for UK distribution partners and help them maximise Sungrow products.
• Collaborate with Sales to convert partner needs into on-time orders and satisfied customers.
• Plan and run trainings and webinars for distributors and installers.
• Coordinate with Service and Logistics to resolve partner questions quickly.
• Track partner satisfaction and performance; translate insights into growth actions.
• Share market feedback with product and regional teams to drive improvements.
