Job summary

CDW is seeking a senior leader to head the UK Data & AI Solution Sales CoE, delivering market-leading data readiness and AI-enabled outcomes for customers. You will report to the Head of Solution Sales, managing specialist sales, alliance leadership and presales while standardising processes.

You will own relationships with Microsoft and key vendors, define go-to-market strategy, and build a rigorous learning program.

Qualifications

• Proven successful leadership in Data/AI or analytics
• Experience building data/AI practice or sales team
• C-level interaction and stakeholder management
• Vendor management with partners like Microsoft
• Certifications in Sales or Leadership desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead UK Data & AI Solution Sales CoE and drive growth
• Define Data & AI strategy and go-to-market plans
• Collaborate with internal units to scale data readiness for AI
• Own senior vendor relationships (Microsoft and others) and co-sell
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance of the CoE
• Develop learning paths and certification roadmaps for data/AI teams
• Ensure compliant, responsible AI propositions and governance entries
• Mentor and develop teams, drive cross-functional collaboration
