Capital One UK is seeking an experienced Controls Testing Lead to own the UK controls testing programme, lead a team of control experts and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

• Owns UK controls testing programme across departments.

• Implements and refines testing methodologies with best practices and innovative approaches.
• Partners with Enterprise and Lines of Defence to ensure cohesive risk management.
