Capital One UK is seeking an experienced Controls Testing Lead to own the UK controls testing programme, lead a team of control experts and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to act as a Subject Matter Expert and lead our UK controls testing programme. As the Controls Testing Lead, you will take ownership of your portfolio of work, collaborating with senior stakeholders and the lines of defence to elevate our control environment leading our team of control experts. We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being dedicated work-from-home days.
