Job summary

American Express is seeking a UK Benefits Analyst within the Colleague Total Rewards & Wellbeing (CTRW) Operations team. You will manage the operational delivery of UK benefits, act as SME on benefits policy, and partner with HR stakeholders to implement programmes that enhance the colleague experience.

The role requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of UK employment practices, and experience with MyInfo and benefits platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
• Experience managing UK employee benefits within a CEG or HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational delivery of the UK benefits portfolio.
• Act as UK Benefits SME within CEG for guidance on benefits and policy interpretation.
• Partner with CTRW, HR stakeholders to support UK benefits initiatives.
