Job summary

Portfolio HR & Reward is seeking a Benefits Analyst to advance your career in administering and analysing employee benefits across the UK and Europe. You will collaborate with local HR, payroll, finance, and brokers to ensure compliant, data-driven benefits programs.

In this role you will deliver regional health, retirement and wellbeing initiatives, manage data accuracy in HRIS, and produce insightful analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in benefits, HR operations, or corporate rewards.
• Strong foundation in UK benefits; exposure to European markets preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of regional health, retirement, pension and wellbeing initiatives.
• Maintain integrity of eligibility and enrolment data across HRIS.
• Assist cross-country open enrolment logistics and system configuration testing.
• Produce ad hoc analytics on benefit trends and benchmark against European standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes while supporting Total Rewards transformation projects.
• Draft accessible presentations and guides explaining program updates.
