• Technical knowledge of core benefits processes.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, coordinate and maintain benefits across UK and international regions.
• Build credibility with managers, employees and external partners through clear communication.
• Respond to internal queries with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Support benefits processes for starters, leavers and contractual changes.
• Provide flexible administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
