Job summary

Flashpoint is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our UK team, working remote from anywhere in the country. You will open new accounts with self-sourced outbound efforts, engage security and risk leaders, and collaborate with Sales and Solutions to drive opportunities.

You'll run discovery, qualify needs and timelines, and hand off to sellers when appropriate. The role targets greenfield UK accounts across financial services, retail, technology and government sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting in B2B software or services (BDR/SDR or similar).
• Confidence cold calling senior buyers and holding a conversation past the first objection.
• Ability to run a structured discovery and qualification conversation.

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritise the UK target account list with your sales partner across sectors.
• Run multi-channel outbound to CISOs, threat intel leads, fraud teams and risk leaders.
• Take first discovery calls when sellers need bandwidth and qualify opportunities.
