Atlar in London is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our UK team. You will be the first point of contact, hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities for the next growth phase.

The role is based in Fitzrovia with a base salary, bonus, and equity. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, excellent English communication, strong listening, and comfort with sales tools and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
Deep interest in understanding business challenges
Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes

Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
Qualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging MEDDICC criteria
Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
Research companies and add prospects to our outbound list
Collaborate and provide feedback and insights to marketing and product to help shape product development as well as improve targeting and messaging
