Job summary

Valmet seeks a Training Manager to build and lead the UK automation training capability in Warrington. You will deliver technical training, shape the learning strategy, and collaborate with customers, service teams, and global stakeholders to scale knowledge across the region.

The role focuses on coaching, developing people, and expanding training offerings while driving customer success and business growth in the UK market.

Qualifications

• Background in automation engineering or technical training within process industries.
• Experience delivering technical training to customers and engineers.
• Knowledge of Valmet DNA or equivalent automation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on Valmet’s automation solutions and use cases.
• Develop UK training schedule and customer-specific programmes.
• Coach engineers and early-career professionals to grow capability.
• Design and continually improve engaging learning experiences.
