Job summary

Cofinair Group, in partnership with AzteQ Environmental Ltd, is building a UK-focused Area Sales Manager role to grow strategic accounts and long-term relationships in the industrial cooling market.

The successful candidate will identify stakeholders, lead prospecting, and collaborate with engineering teams to define tailored cooling solutions for industrial customers across the UK. Fluency in English is required, French a plus, with UK-based duties and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in business development / key account management in technical/industrial solutions (HVAC, refrigeration, energy, industrial equipment).
• Strong knowledge of the UK market environment.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments with diverse customer types.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map key stakeholders within the UK.
• Lead prospecting campaigns and build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
• Represent the Group at specialized events, trade fairs, and industry associations.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to support product adaptations.
• Support the preparation of marketing and technical materials for COFINAIR & AzteQ portfolio.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to translate requirements into tailored solutions.
• Tender preparation and participation in strategic bid reviews.
• Develop and manage strategic Key Accounts.
