Job description

The position:

We are looking for a dedicated Account Coordinator to join our team in DE74 2BB.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday // 07:00-16:00

Contract Type: Temporary

Location: EMG - DE74 2BB


Role of an Account Coordinator:
  • Checking and reporting daily attendance to the operations teams
  • New starter engagement and supporting with any queries
  • Liaising with the onsite manager and working as part of the onsite team
  • Carrying out registration sessions inline with the site’s recruitment plan
  • Pre screening candidates for interview sessions
  • Communicating rotas for the warehouse colleagues and booking shifts as required
  • Supporting the operation with performance management
As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have:
  • A good standard of verbal and written English
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience of working as a team leader, consultant, coordinator or resourcer is required
  • People management skills
  • Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
  • Ability of working independently and as a part of a team
  • Sense of humour, social skills and appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!

£27,000 - £27,000 a year
