Polypipe Limited in Doncaster is seeking a Technical Estimator to deliver accurate, compliant designs and quotations for underfloor heating and drainage systems. You will support customers from homeowners to national housebuilders with credible technical insight.

Key responsibilities include interpreting drawings, creating layouts, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving efficient quote management for profitable growth. Join a team focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Technical Estimating design role.
• Proficient in UFH and drainage take-offs, schedules or estimates.
• Solid understanding of modern heating system design principles.
• BPEC accreditation or working towards, ideally in plumbing or heating.

Responsibilities

• Technical Design: Interpret architectural drawings, UFH layouts and site drainage plans to produce accurate take-offs.
• Create UFH pipe layouts and drainage schedules in line with standards and regulations.
• Ensure designs meet Future Homes Standard expectations and Polypipe guidelines.
• Provide pre-quotation technical advice to merchants, developers and internal teams.
• Support Technical Sales with solutions for complex UFH and drainage projects.
• Maintain knowledge of Polypipe UFH and drainage product ranges.
