Pme (Dundee) Plumbing & Heating Ltd in Dundee is seeking a Plumbing Estimator / Project Engineer to join its team for a September start. The role covers commercial and domestic projects, delivering accurate pricing, technical oversight and coordinated delivery across all job types.

You will prepare quotations, assess labour and materials, liaise with clients and support site engineers to ensure compliance, safety and smooth project progression across all jobs.

Qualifications

• Strong background in plumbing or heating engineering.
• Experience in estimating, project engineering, or both.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Estimating & quotations — produce accurate costings for commercial and domestic plumbing works.
• Project engineering — provide technical guidance, support workflow, and ensure project standards.
• Client communication — discuss specifications, variations, and project requirements.
• Technical assessments — review drawings, scope works, identify risks.
• Project coordination — assist with scheduling, materials planning, and job progression.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
