Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee two large supported living sites for adults with learning disabilities in the UK. You will lead quality, compliance and teams across both locations, ensuring person-centred, safe and empowering support.

Joining a charitable environment, you will shape services, promote independence and build strong relationships with people supported, families and external professionals while driving governance standards and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supported living or learning disability services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Proven track record in developing teams and maintaining service quality.
• Excellent organisational skills to oversee two sites.
• Person-centred leadership focused on independence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams across two large sites.
• Promote person-centred support and daily life independence.
• Ensure safeguarding, governance and CQC compliance.
• Oversee staffing and resources for consistent support.
