Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee two large supported living sites for adults with learning disabilities in the UK. You will lead quality, compliance and teams across both locations, ensuring person-centred, safe and empowering support.

£51,000 per annum

We're recruiting a Registered Manager to oversee two large supported living sites supporting adults with learning disabilities and relatively low care needs.

Joining an established charity, you'll lead services where the focus is on independence, choice and community involvement. This is an opportunity to shape support around what people want to achieve, helping them build confidence, develop everyday skills and lead fulfilling lives.

The role

You’ll take responsibility for quality, compliance and team leadership across both sites, ensuring support promotes independence while remaining safe and responsive to individual needs.
