Lifeways Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead two registered locations in Lincoln and Grantham, delivering person-centred care in a supported living setting. You will guide the team to sustain excellence, ensure quality outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across services.

With support from an Area Manager, you’ll shape the service, mentor staff, and champion dignified, independent living for people with complex needs.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or in progress).
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• Valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
• Genuine passion for quality care and leading by example.
