St Joseph's Specialist Trust in Cranleigh, Surrey, seeks a Registered Manager to lead our Adult Supported Living service for ten tenants across two houses. You will provide strong leadership, ensure person-centred support, and drive quality with a focus on safety, learning and therapy integration.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing or leading an adult social care service, ideally within supported living.
• Strong understanding of adult social care, CQC requirements and safeguarding.
• Experience leading and developing staff, managing performance and addressing concerns.

• Leading staff recruitment, induction, supervision, development and performance management.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation.
• Overseeing support plans, risk assessments and incident management.
• Managing staffing rotas, budgets and resources.
• Working with tenants, families, colleagues and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Monitoring service quality and implementing improvements.
• Supporting staff to manage complex situations and changes in tenants' needs.
