Lifeways Group in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead two registered locations in Lincoln and Grantham, overseeing an established supported living service and outreach hours. You will be supported by an Area Manager and have autonomy to shape the service and drive high-quality, person-centred care.

The role requires a strong track record with CQC ratings, experience turning around services, and the ability to develop a skilled team.

Formación

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable).
• Proven ability to lead operations and manage people.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care for people with complex disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead two registered locations with supported living and outreach services.
• Drive service improvements and ensure quality standards.
• Inspire and develop the care team to deliver exceptional support.
• Build strong relationships with families and partners.

Conocimientos

Operational and people management

UK driver's license

Passion for quality care

CQC experience (Good/Outstanding)
