Santander is seeking a Community Branch Manager for Petersfield & Alton Twin Branch. You will lead on-site teams, delivering exceptional customer service, sales and risk management across a multi-branch footprint.

The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will drive leadership, coaching and development of front-line staff, while delivering tailored financial solutions to customers and promoting digital adoption to strengthen relationships.
