Job summary

Santander is seeking a Community Branch Manager for the Petersfield & Alton Twin Branches. You will lead a team, provide exceptional customer service, and drive branch performance in a 35-hour week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, permanent role.

You will coach frontline staff, tailor services to customers’ financial needs, and work to deepen relationships while embracing digital adoption across the branch.
