Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking experienced 1:1 Tutors for Primary, Secondary, GCSE and SEND across Rugby and surrounding areas. You will deliver personalised lessons in homes, schools, and community settings, focusing on pupils who may be out of mainstream education or require targeted support.
The role offers flexible daytime hours (part-time) and competitive hourly rates, with CPD and dedicated consultant support to help you succeed in delivering high-quality, student-centred teaching.
Location: Rugby and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible, Part-time (Monday to Friday, school hours)
Pay Rate: Competitive (dependent on assignment and Local Authority)
TP Tutors is seeking experienced Primary, Secondary, GCSE & SEND 1:1 Tutors to deliver personalised educational support to pupils in homes, schools, and community settings across Rugby and the surrounding areas. This role focuses on supporting children and young people who may be out of mainstream education, require academic intervention, or have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
As a Primary, Secondary, GCSE & SEND 1:1 Tutor with TP Tutors, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. Working alongside Local Authorities, schools, and families across Rugby and the surrounding areas, you'll provide tailored educational support that makes a real difference to each learner's confidence, progress, and future.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
