Are you an experienced teacher, tutor, or SEND specialist looking for flexible work where your expertise can genuinely transform a young person’s educational journey? TP Tutors is seeking passionate educators to deliver high-quality one-to-one tuition across the CB1 Cambridge area.
Learners require a range of support—from academic catch-up and exam preparation to specialist SEND intervention. Tuition is delivered in homes, schools, and alternative education settings, helping learners overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve meaningful progress.
Whether you are a qualified teacher, experienced tutor, or SEND professional, this role offers flexible working alongside the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact.
You will deliver tailored one-to-one lessons designed around each learner’s individual needs, abilities, and goals. This allows you to adapt your teaching approach, build strong relationships, and provide focused support that drives progress and engagement.
You may support learners across Primary, Secondary, GCSE, Functional Skills, Alternative Provision, and SEND pathways. Each learner is different, giving you the opportunity to use your subject knowledge and creativity to inspire success.
English, Mathematics, Science, Primary Curriculum, Literacy and Numeracy, Functional Skills, GCSE subjects, Humanities, Modern Foreign Languages, Computing, Creative Arts, and other National Curriculum areas.
Experience supporting learners with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, Dyslexia, or SLCN, as well as working with EHCPs, Alternative Provision, or home tuition settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
