Job summary

1st Staff is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Tutor for the Poole area to deliver personalised sessions in the student’s home and local library. You’ll tailor sessions to each learner’s needs and emotional wellbeing, starting in September.

Ideal candidates will have experience with SEN/SEMH, strong subject delivery in Maths and English, and a patient, adaptable approach. Own transport is beneficial but not essential.

The Role

You will deliver personalised tuition sessions in the student’s home, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning needs and emotional wellbeing.

• Hours: 2/3 hours per day, 5 days per week (during school hours) per student
