1st Staff is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Tutor to support students in the Bournemouth area who have been out of education. You will deliver in-home, personalised tuition sessions tailored to each learner’s needs and emotional wellbeing, helping them rebuild confidence and work towards qualifications.
The role offers flexible hours (2–3 hours per day, five days a week during term time) with potential for extra hours. Experience with SEN/SEMH is essential, and a DBS disclosure is required.
