Job summary

1st Staff is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Tutor to support students in the Bournemouth area in their home and local library. Sessions are 2/3 hours per day, 5 days a week during school hours, with a September start and flexible start times.

Earn up to £30 per hour with part-time or full-time opportunities, and ongoing support from Maths, English and Behavioural specialists. Successful applicants will have experience with SEN/SEMH and be able to tailor core subjects to individual needs.

1st Staff are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Tutor to support students in the Bournemouth area who have been out of education for a period of time. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping students rebuild their confidence, develop key skills, and work towards recognised qualifications — with the potential to return to mainstream or further education.

The Role

You will deliver personalised tuition sessions in the student's home, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning needs and emotional wellbeing.
