1st Staff seeks a dedicated 1:1 Tutor to support students in the Christchurch area who have been out of education. You will deliver in-home tuition tailored to individual needs, helping learners regain confidence and achieve core qualifications during September start.
You’ll plan bespoke sessions, support Maths and English, build trust, and adapt strategies for SEN/SEMH learners with flexible hours, 2–3 hours per day, five days a week.

1st Staff are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Tutor to support students in the Christchurch area who have been out of education for a period of time. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping students rebuild their confidence, develop key skills, and work towards recognised qualifications — with the potential to return to mainstream or further education.
You will deliver personalised tuition sessions in the student’s home, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning needs and emotional wellbeing.
