Iconic Resourcing Ltd. seeks a senior restructuring advisor to lead high-profile engagements for companies, lenders, and investors. You will shape strategy, oversee delivery, and mentor teams across complex turnaround programs.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years' experience in restructuring, turnaround, or distressed advisory within a professional services or consulting firm.
• Accounting qualifications such as ACA/CA/ACCA/CIPFA are preferred; insolvency qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and high-profile engagements with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of restructuring and turnaround engagements and oversee case strategy.
• Manage client relationships, risk, budgets, and billing with accountability for compliance.
• Mentor teams and influence senior stakeholders while contributing to business development.
• Prepare pitches, identify opportunities, and help shape new services and solutions.
• Drive both client and departmental success through commercial acumen.
