Global Consulting Organisation in Greater London seeks ambitious Managers and Senior Managers for its Financial Restructuring & Turnaround practice. You will lead critical workstreams, forecast cash flows, and influence senior stakeholders across boards, lenders, and private equity sponsors.

Qualifications

• Experience in restructuring advisory and turnaround consulting or transactional services.
• Big 4, Top 10, or boutique firm background preferred.
• Professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams on restructuring, turnaround, and IBR projects.
• Conduct cash flow forecasting and liquidity analysis.
• Develop turnaround strategies to stabilise underperforming businesses.
• Prepare restructuring options and advise stakeholders on risk.
• Manage day-to-day engagement delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with boards, lenders, investors, and PE sponsors.
• Support negotiation, covenant reviews, and contingency planning.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to capability development.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
