Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting a Senior HR Operations Advisor (Employment & TUPE Specialist) to shape a compliant, efficient HR service. You will provide expert guidance on complex contractual matters, lead TUPE activity, and ensure legal compliance across HR documentation and processes.

The role is full-time and based two days in the Horsforth Leeds office, offering a benefits package and opportunities for growth within a people-driven HR function.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
• Proven experience managing or supporting TUPE transfers.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting employment contracts and related HR docs.
• Experience in HR Operations/Shared Services environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on employment law, contracts, and HR policies, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
• Lead TUPE transfers, acquisitions, and organisational changes with a focus on a smooth employee experience.
• Draft and maintain employment contracts and terms to ensure legal compliance.
• Act as escalation point for complex employee lifecycle and ER queries within HR Operations.
• Drive process improvements and standardisation across the business.
• Coach HR Administrators and Coordinators on employment law and HR processes.
