A leading renewable energy organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support their TUPE process. This role entails key responsibilities such as leading TUPE consultations, addressing employee queries, and assisting with onboarding and payroll setup for transferring employees. Qualifications
Previous experience in an HR Advisor position.
Demonstrable experience handling and leading on TUPE process.
Trade Union Experience required.
Experience in large/corporate organisations.
Responsibilities
Key attendee at all TUPE consultations with employees and trade unions.
Documenting all TUPE-related conversations.
Preparing and issuing written Q&A logs for TUPE transfers.
Setting up transferring employees on payroll and HR systems.
Maintaining personnel files for new transfers.
Completing necessary paperwork for transferring employees.
Assisting with the onboarding of transferring employees.
Collaborating on Apprenticeship levy and training programme setup.
