Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a remote HR Change Specialist to lead UK-wide TUPE and business change projects within our HR Shared Services team. You will act as a TUPE expert, ensure legal compliance, manage consultations and drive positive outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, you will fact-find, coordinate stakeholders across functions and report metrics to inform decisions. A competitive salary and a strong benefits package await.

Qualifications

• TUPE and change experience is required.
• Experience managing change programmes and restructurings.
• CIPD Level 5 is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for all change activity and liaise with sector HR leads informing them of upcoming TUPE activity.
• Project management end-to-end TUPE and change activity to include all administration whilst keeping within legal timeframes and agreed standards.
• Manage all ongoing consultation process paperwork to conclusion.
• Produce and report metrics to inform decision making, demonstrate success and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilise software tools effectively to project manage all TUPE workstreams and change programmes continuously.
• Build cross functional relationships across the business to deliver on TUPE and change projects ensuring risk is mitigated and escalated where necessary.
• Partner, coach and guide the business on appropriate re-structuring processes and support with writing business cases.
• Complete all final checks to ensure any changes to structures, systems and terms and conditions have been implemented in a timely manner, escalating where required.
