Job summary

Mott MacDonald seeks experienced professionals to lead tunnel and underground infrastructure projects, delivering multidisciplinary teams across geotechnical, civil, structural and MEP scopes. You will mentor engineers, build client relationships, and manage scope, budget, and risk while pushing digital delivery and innovation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent).
• Strong technical and collaborative abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tunnel and underground infrastructure projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across geotechnical, civil, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
• Build and maintain client relationships and manage scope/budget/risk.
• Support bids, proposals and business development.
• Drive innovation and digital engineering in project delivery.

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering
