Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent).
• Significant experience in tunnel and underground infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading the successful delivery of tunnel and underground infrastructure projects.
• Managing multidisciplinary teams across geotechnical, civil, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to developing engineers.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Managing project scope, programme, budget and risk.
• Supporting bids, proposals and business development activities.
• Driving innovation, digital engineering and best practice across project delivery.
• Contributing to the ongoing growth and reputation of Mott MacDonald’s global tunnelling discipline.
