Leidos TRICARE Team at Lakenheath, UK is seeking a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) Floater to support active-duty members and families. This role requires travel across EA region and strong customer service in TRICARE enrollment and education.

You will verify benefits, assist with PCM changes, and respond to inquiries using DOES and MHS Genesis, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• SOFA/Command-Sponsored status.
• Eligible to obtain ADP IT III clearance.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Willing and able to travel 25–75% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Travel 25–75% of the time as needed.
• Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers and more.
• Update PCM changes following MTF guidelines.
• Educate beneficiaries on TRICARE resources, enrollment, and claims.
• Provide basic claims status updates and support.
• Lead informational sessions for events and training.
