Job summary

Victim Support is seeking a Triage and Early Interventions Officer for the Staffordshire Victim Gateway, based in our Stoke office. The role is 22.5 hours per week and office-based, focusing on the front door of the service, swift risk assessment and safeguarding as priority in every contact with the public.

You will handle the helpline, assess needs, and enable onward referrals to specialist services where needed, contributing to high-quality support for victims of crime.
