Job summary

New Era Domestic abuse service is seeking an Integrated Support Service Worker to join the team delivering victim support across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. The role is 37.5 hours per week and involves travel, frontline contact, and coordinating between behaviour change and victim services.

You will build risk-informed support, manage referrals, and contribute to partnerships with local agencies while benefiting from flexible working options and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in victim support is advantageous.
• Good customer service and care focus.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• the link worker between the behaviour change service and the victim service;
• ensuring risk information is shared appropriately and used to inform internal and external actions;
• communicating between the two services; exchanging referrals and information; contacting victims and liaising with them
• delivering support to all-risk level victims during programme intervention and beyond, where necessary, holding a caseload and providing direct support to partners/ex partners in accordance with their wishes and needs;
• ensuring partner agencies are aware of the integrated service and have due regard to its purpose
• delivering partner training and/or awareness sessions for enhancing relationships with partners and other stakeholders.
