Job summary

Truly Dental in Glasgow West is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to bridge our clinical team and patients. You’ll present treatment plans with clarity, discuss options including finance, and convert consultations into accepted treatments with care and integrity.

You’ll work in a modern, technology-driven clinical environment and support patient experience initiatives while achieving KPIs and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in patient-facing sales or treatment coordination (dental/medical strongly preferred).
• Ability to discuss clinical treatments with confidence (training provided).
• Sales-driven mindset with empathy, ethical conversion is non-negotiable.
• Comfortable with KPIs, targets, and conversion metrics.
• CRM and practice management software literacy.
• Strong English communication.
• Right to work in Ireland or the UK.

The Role

The Treatment Coordinator is the bridge between our clinical team and patients, deciding on treatment. You'll present treatment plans with clarity and empathy, help patients understand their options (including finance), and convert consultations into accepted treatments, always with care and integrity.

Important Details Before Applying

• This is a full time role based at our Glasgow West practice, 40 hours per week.

• Flexible working pattern with shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Flexibility is required to cover clinic opening hours.
