PortmanDentex - Reigate is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our welcoming practice in Reigate. From first enquiry to final result, help make every patient’s experience exceptional. The role offers part-time hours and a competitive hourly rate.

We welcome candidates with experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor, or sales experience in a customer-facing environment. You will be a team player focused on delivering outstanding patient care and service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor preferred.
• Sales experience in a customer-facing environment welcome.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Description

From first enquiry to final result, help make every patient’s experience exceptional.

We’ve got a vacancy for a Treatment Coordinator to join the team at our welcoming Ringley Park Dental Practice in Reigate.

• Part-time hours available - 34 hours per week
• Typical shifts: 08.00 to 17.30, 4 days per week (typically Monday to Thursday)
• Competitive hourly rate of £15p/h

About you

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor – we also welcome applications from those with sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
