Qualifications

• Previous dental experience required.
• Experience with Dentrix preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced dental office.
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans, fees and financial arrangements with patients.
• Professional, friendly and patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and explain recommended dental procedures to patients.
• Review treatment estimates, fees and payment options with patients.
• Communicate with patients regarding treatment recommendations, financial arrangements and follow up care.
• Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment plans.
• Verify insurance benefits and help patients understand coverage and estimated out of pocket costs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document patient communications.
• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Provide excellent customer service while building trusting relationships with patients.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient front office workflow.

Schedule Monday 800 AM 400 PM Tuesday 900 AM 700 PM Wednesday 900 AM 600 PM Thursday 900 AM 500 PM Friday 800 AM 200 PM

Key Responsibilities
