Job summary

Impress in Birmingham is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our international team. You will greet patients, present treatment plans, and guide them through timelines and expectations while building strong relationships throughout their care journey.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer-facing or coordination roles, fluency in English, and a proactive, sales-oriented mindset. This is a full-time role with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing, sales, or coordination role.
• Dental or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Impress, greet patients, present treatment plans and guide timelines.
• Engage with patients to keep them excited about their journey to a confident smile.
• Own the patient relationship from first visit through end of treatment and resolve issues.
• Track conversions, treatment starts and clinic performance against targets.
• Coordinate scheduling between patients, doctors and clinic staff.
• Support marketing activities, patient events and content at the clinic.

What you will do:

• Be the face of Impress, greet patients, present treatment plans, and guide them through timelines and expectations
• Engage and form a genuine connection with patients to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile
• Own the patient relationship from first visit through end of treatment, resolving issues for problem cases
• Track conversions, treatment starts, and clinic performance against targets
• Coordinate scheduling between patients, doctors, and clinic staff
• Support marketing activities, patient events, and photo/video content at the clinic
• Meet individual sales and conversion budgets
• Ensure a 100% amazing look and feel in the clinic

What we expect from you:

• +1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing, sales, or coordination role
• Previous experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
• Team player, positive, curious, and enthusiastic
• Goal-oriented, comfortable working with autonomy
• Proactive, eager to take on responsibility
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English required
• Valid GDC Registration
• Previous Experience in orthodontics is a plus.
