Dentalcare Hook, part of the Dentalcare Group, is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to bridge clinicians and patients and guide treatment journeys.

You will discuss plans, finance options, take clinical photos, and support conversion targets while delivering outstanding customer service. This role is based in Hook at a modern six-surgery practice offering NHS and private treatments.

Formación

• Previous experience in a dental practice is highly desirable.
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Reception Manager, Patient Coordinator, or Dental Nurse would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence discussing treatment options and fees with patients.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• A proactive and target-driven approach.
• Ability to build rapport and inspire confidence in patients.
• Knowledge of SOE Exact or similar dental software is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Treatment Coordinator consultations and patient assessments.
• Discuss treatment plans, options, and finance solutions with patients.
• Take clinical photographs and maintain accurate patient records.
• Follow up enquiries, consultations, and treatment recommendations.
• Support the practice in achieving treatment conversion and growth targets.
• Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Promote private dental treatments, orthodontics, implants, and cosmetic dentistry where appropriate.
• Work closely with clinicians and the practice team to coordinate patient journeys.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, referral generation, and patient engagement activities.
