Truly Hull, part of Truly Dental, is hiring a Treatment Plan Coordinator to guide patients through treatment options and financing with clarity and empathy.

You will present plans post-clinical assessment, support decision-making, and work closely with the clinical team to deliver outstanding patient experiences at our Hull site. This full-time, hybrid role requires 2+ years in patient-facing sales or treatment coordination and CRM literacy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in patient-facing sales or treatment coordination.
• Ability to discuss clinical treatments with confidence (training provided).
• Sales-driven mindset with empathy and integrity.
• Comfortable with KPIs, targets, and conversion metrics.
• Experience with CRM or practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Conducting treatment plan consultations with patients post-clinical assessment
• Presenting treatment options, fees, and finance plans clearly and ethically
• Following up with patients to support their decision-making journey
• Tracking conversion metrics and pipeline in CRM
• Liaising with the clinical team to refine treatment plans
• Supporting the Practice Manager on patient experience initiatives
