Job summary

Portman Smile Clinic Banstead is seeking a part-time GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join as a Treatment Coordinator. You will guide patients through their treatment journey, support and inform them, and work closely with our clinical team. The role includes taking digital scans and ensuring excellent patient care.

The position offers 15 hours per week with shifts on Wednesday and Thursday, 08:30am–5pm, and a competitive hourly rate from £14.50. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor; sales experience in a customer-facing environment is welcome.
• Taking digital scans as part of the patient journey.
• Caring and empathetic approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team player who thrives on delivering exceptional patient care and service.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join our welcoming team at Portman Smile Clinic in Banstead, working as a Treatment Coordinator (TCO).

This is a patient-focused role where you’ll guide patients through their treatment journey, provide support and information throughout the process, and work closely with our clinical team. The role will also involve taking digital scans as part of the patient journey.

• Part-time hours available - 15 hours per week
• Typical shifts: Wednesday & Thursday - 08.30am - 5pm
• Competitive hourly rate from: £14.50 per hour
• 9 months fix term contract
