Tylney Hall Hotel is seeking a Spa and Wellness Manager to oversee the Spa and Leisure facilities, delivering exceptional guest service and driving overall revenue. This hands-on role requires leading the team, managing treatments, retail sales, and leisure memberships to high standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification and be flexible to cover some weekends to support hotel operations and guest experience.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene and procedures.
• Oversee treatments, leisure facilities, pool operations and equipment.
• Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
• Monitor departmental costs, stock and revenue opportunities.
• Support recruitment, training and performance management.
• Work with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.

This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for driving spa treatments, retail sales, leisure membership and overall revenue, while leading and developing the team to deliver consistently high standards.

A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential, as the role will include carrying out treatments when required. Flexibility is also required, including working some weekends to meet the hotel's operational needs.
