Job summary

Elite Hotels in Hook is seeking a Spa and Wellness Manager to oversee the Spa and Leisure facilities, driving revenue and delivering exceptional guest service. This hands-on role will also involve leading the Spa team and carrying out treatments when needed.

You will manage treatments, retail, memberships and operating costs while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across all facilities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential.

Spa and Wellness Manager Overview:

To manage the Spa & Leisure facilities to the high standards expected at Tylney Hall Hotel, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth and effective operation of all facilities.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for driving spa treatments, retail sales, leisure membership and overall revenue, while leading and developing the team to deliver consistently high standards.

A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential, as the role will include carrying out treatments when required. Flexibility is also required, including working some weekends to meet the hotel's operational needs.
